Agricultural Chemical Usage - Postharvest

The agricultural chemical use estimates in this report are based on data compiled from the 2006 Oats Postharvest Chemical Use Survey. The Postharvest Survey was conducted for oats marketed from August 1, 2005 to July 31, 2006 which covers the 2005 crop. All results refer to pesticide applications and integrated pest management at off-farm storage and processing facilities after the oats were harvested. On-farm postharvest applications were beyond the scope of this survey.

The agricultural chemical use estimates in this report are based on data compiled from the 2006 Potato Postharvest Chemical Use Survey. The Postharvest Survey was conducted for potatoes marketed from August 1, 2005 to July 31, 2006 which covers the 2005 crop. All results refer to pesticide applications and integrated pest management at off-farm warehouses, shippers, and processors and farms with storage facilities
