SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance

Southeast prices are 8 cents lower on all sizes.  Regional prices are 
steady to 3 cents higher on Extra Large, steady on the balance of sizes. 
New York prices are steady.  Offerings are light to moderate while supplies
are mixed, light to mostly moderate.  Demand into all channels ranges moderate 
to fairly good however light to moderate in the Northeast.  Market activity is 
moderate.  Breaking stock offerings are light to moderate; demand is moderate.  
Light type hen offerings are generally sufficient for the light to moderate 
demand.
