LOUISIANA PECAN REPORT (via Thomasville, Georgia) 

Mostly fair weather expected for the remainder of the week with possible showers and thunderstorms. 
Temperatures range from the low to mid 30s with highs in the mid 70s. 

Deliveries of Improved varieties were insufficient to establish market, indicating that the season is ending rapidly.

Prices paid to growers (late afternoon Thursday, January 24, 2013 thru late afternoon Tuesday, January 29, 2013)
at buyers delivery point or f.o.b. the orchard including direct sales to end users, cents per pound in-shell of generally 
good quality pecans in lots of 20,000 pounds or less unless otherwise stated.
