APPLES FOR PROCESSING

MICHIGAN:  The harvest is generally complete and available supplies are very limited.  Trading 
is very slow due to the limited supply and there are too few sales to quote.  A number of 
storage operators have been storing apples purchased from other production areas.  Michigan 
fresh market shipments totaled 500,150 bushel equivalents through October 20th, compared to 
2,133,820 one year ago.   LAST REPORT.
