SHELL EGGS:  Daily California Eggs                                              
                                                                                

Prices are steady. Trade sentiment is firm. Retail demand is mostly             
moderate while offerings are light for Jumbo and Extra Large and moderate       
for Large and Medium. Supplies continue to be reported as mixed. Market         
activity is slow to moderate.                                                   
                                                                                

Shell egg marketer's benchmark price for negotiated egg sales of                
USDA Grade AA and Grade AA in cartons, cents per dozen.  This
