The warmer weather across much of the U.S. had more cattle put out on pasture. Oilseeds: The July Soybean Meal futures closed 8.50 higher at 411.80; August closed 4.80 higher at 388.60. The July Soybean Oil futures closed 62 points higher at 49.76 cents per pound; August closed 55 points higher at 49.51 cents per pound. The high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 18.50 to 22.50 higher from 441.80- 446.80; the basis was 10.00 to 14.00 higher from 30.00 to 35.00 over the July futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was steady from 325.00-335.00 in North Dakota-Minnesota areas. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was mixed, 10.00 lower to 5.00 higher from 210.00-215.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Soybean Oil in Minnesota was 62 points higher at 50.76 cents per pound; the basis was steady at 100 points over the July futures. Animal Protein: Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was 5.00 to 10.00 lower from 410.00-420.00 for ruminant; Pork ranged 450.00-495.00. Yellow Grease was steady to 25 points higher from 36.25-38.00 cents per pound. Choice White Grease was 75 to 225 points lower from 39.25-42.25 cents per pound. Feather Meal was 10.00 to 30.00 lower from 610.00-650.00. Blood Meal was 35.00 to 40.00 lower from 1000.00- 1035.00 for ruminant and pork was 1075.00.
