Kansas City Weekly Feedstuff Review 
Truck bids per ton unless otherwise stated.

   Feedstuff prices traded mostly higher when compared with last week as grain 
prices have gained momentum.  Demand moderate.  The high protein ingredients 
found support from the higher soybean meal.  The state continues to see good 
moisture along with warm temperatures.  
 
   Soybean meal, 48 percent was 8.60-11.60 lower from 476.80-478.80 per ton.  
Soybean hulls were steady to 40.00 lower from 175.00-180.00 per ton.  Soybean 
Hull Pellets were steady to 40.00 lower from 180.00 per ton.  41 percent 
Cottonseed Meal was 5.00 higher to 5.00 lower from 365.00-370.00 per ton.  Corn 
Gluten feed pellets were steady to 5.00 higher from 200.00-210.00 per ton.  Corn 
Gluten Meal 60 percent was steady to 15.00 higher from 600.00-645.00 per ton.  
Kansas Interior millfeeds, rail was 4.00-5.00 lower from 140.00-146.00 per ton; 
Trucks were steady to 5.00 lower from 160.00-165.00 per ton.  Hominy Feed (FOB 
KC Northwest) rail was steady at 220.00 per ton; trucks were steady from 220.00-
225.00 per ton.  Meat and Bone meal was 5.00 higher at 395.00.  Feather Meal was 
15.00 higher from 615.00-620.00 per ton.  Yellow Grease was steady at 34.50 cwt.  
Alfalfa Meal was steady from 355.00-390.00 per ton; Sun-Cured 15 percent pellets 
were steady to 5.00 lower from 315.00-325.00 per ton; Alfalfa Center pellets, 17 
percent were steady from 330.00-360.00 per ton; Meal without oil was steady from 
336.00-360.00 per ton.
